Could Your Sunscreen Be Toxic?
Last year we went on a hunt to seek out sunscreens that have an SPF number that was not too high, but moderate and effective. Some dermatologists have reported a high SPF number could be damaging. We also went a step further and investigated the list of active ingredients in each product. There are a lot of sunscreens on the market loaded with so many crazy elements. We believe in feeding your skin nothing but natural ingredients that will be good for your overall body. So the lesson here is don’t just check the SPF number also check what other components included. Below is a list of sunscreens that we curated that we highly recommend trying out for future beach days. Furthermore, we always recommend reading the directions on any sunscreen to find out how often you should reapply to keep yourself protected. Sometimes applying sunscreen just once is not enough, in fact, if you are going to be out in the sun for an extended period, there is a high chance you will have to reapply.
