Loot Grocery: A New Boutique Grocery Store with Actual Clean Foods is Open.

There was a moment in time when small grocers was the norm carrying life’s most precious food necessities before the invention of big box supermarkets that occupy a ton of real estate nationwide, but lately there is a new trend that is on the rise. A good taste of nostalgia with small grocers opening up stocking only the best sustainable small batch food products health conscious consumers will go nuts for. Pop up grocer located in New York City was the first small scale store that gained fame for curating a full store of food products made by independent makers that use better quality ingredients. Real food is finally making a come back all around America and it’s something to celebrate, but finding real good food can be a challenge depending upon where you are located. The good news, there is hope and it’s with people that have a passion for authenticity within our food community.

The days of consumers walking around a giant store are slowly fading away. People are no longer interested in going down numerous aisles but still want great food to enjoy. Grocery shopping should be peaceful, a time to relax after long work day or a happy start to a fun exciting weekend. Pop up Grocer is a wonderful small scale grocery store concept, but New York City is a plane ticket away for us Floridians, however there is a new health conscious grocer on the block in West Palm Beach called Loot Grocery that’s worth a visit. Just a couple of hours away from Orlando no plane ticket needed just a day trip or a weekend get away.

Loot Grocery opened on January 10th just in time when everyone is thinking about their overall wellness. Loot Grocery is a grocer that is carefully curated with only the best food items that are free of artificial ingredients, seed oils, gums(binding agent), dyes, artificial colors, synthetic preservatives, and natural flavors. Honestly, Loot Grocery has been a store I’ve been dreaming about for years. We all want and should have quality food for our bodies to consume. We only have one body to live in we must do our best to take care of it. 

Whole Foods was once the place to go for almost everything healthy, but when Amazon purchased the grocery chain nothing has been the same. Standards have gone by the wayside and more conventional brands are entering their doors. I am so happy there is a place to go where consumers can find nourishing quality snacks, nutrient-dense grab and go’s, and sustainable pantry staples all at Loot Grocery, a place where transparency is paramount. 

No more going to the beach with subpar snacks filled with God knows what. I have spent countless years with enough artificial ingredients and unpronounceable additives. The one thing we all deserve and can appreciate is food without all the drama. Our friends at Loot Grocery put in all the work with reading all the food labels so we don’t have to waste all of our time reading crazy endless ingredient lists. We can now play it safe and enjoy all the fun in the sun with food that has been raised and produced responsibly.
