Five years ago, Whole Foods Market announced they would require brands to inform consumers of the presence of GMOs by mandatory labeling on food packaging. Unfortunately, the health-food chain has put the mandatory GMO labeling program deadline of September 2018 on pause. I am hoping […]

There are so many reusable bags on the market to purchase for your groceries. Some are nice, and some are plain ugly with no sense of style or fashion. Who wants to carry around an ugly bag to be eco? Recently, we discovered a cool bag that looks similar to a plastic bag but made from retired sails. Its called the standard Baggu by the bag company named Baggu. The bag maker partnered up with another bag company by the name of Mafia Bags in San Francisco, CA. Mafia Bags designs bags made from recycled materials that are durable and lightweight to help avoid elements thrown into landfills. During the production of the reusable standard Baggu, 1470 yards of fabric were saved from the landfill. You don’t want to miss out on this limited edition Baggu bag that holds up to 50 pounds.
Over the years there have been plenty of household appliances and home accessories that have either been redesigned or just left behind in a past time no longer needed because of advancement in technology. There is one product that I am astonished its taken this […]
There is no question about where you can find a greeting card; you can go just about anywhere to purchase a greeting card for almost any occasion. However, do the words inside the card reflect how you feel about that particular person or moment, probably not. […]
Winter is gone, and spring is finally here. Although I must say I greatly enjoyed the winter edition kombucha with rose, blood orange, and hibiscus time doesn’t stop for anything. Recently, I tried GT’S bloom spring edition kombucha filled with notes of elderflower, jasmine, and violet. I’m stuck between which version I like better, but if I had to make a choice right at this moment I would say the spring edition is best. I am a little bias because I am a huge fan of the taste of elderflower.
If you haven’t tried the probiotic tea known as kombucha, you are missing out on all the health benefits. I believe kombucha is one of the best soda alternatives on the market. Conventionally produced soda has no health benefits and often loaded with awful ingredients such as high fructose corn syrup, artificial colors, and flavorings. True authentic kombucha is flavored with real botanicals, fruits, and herbs. There are many different brands on the market, but in my opinion, GT’S Living Foods produces the best-unfiltered kombucha that is available almost everywhere. Celebrate the season with a bottle of kombucha filled with the flavors of spring florals that will be sure to delight. Your body will thank you.
Don’t forget to support The Born This Way Foundation by posting a pic with GT’S Spring Edition kombucha bottle and use the hashtag #InFullBloom For more information, on this campaign view video below.

The famous fizzy beverage kombucha has been picking up steam for the past few years and consumers are slowly becoming aware of all the health benefits of kombucha. Kombucha bars are starting to pop up across America and one day it could be as popular as beer. At least thats what i am hoping for. Not to long ago, I purchased the Health-Ade Kombucha Ginger-Lemon and I must say it was the best way to start off this new year. I can’t help but to think of lemons and all things citrus as it’s citrus season in Florida now. This kombucha has a bit of a spicy kick, but not to bad. It’s so refreshing! I hope you get a chance to try it soon.
